Payment Policy

1. Overview

NorthPeak Refrigeration, a division of Vesso Ventures LLC ("NorthPeak," "we," "us," or "our"), sells commercial refrigeration equipment on a request-a-quote basis. Prices are not listed on the Website; instead, you request a quote, and we provide current pricing, freight, lead time, and payment terms for your specific order. This Payment Policy explains how payment works once you accept a quote.

2. How Ordering and Payment Work

Request a quote for the equipment you're interested in.
We send you a written quote with the product price, freight, applicable taxes, and lead time.
When you approve the quote, we issue an order confirmation or invoice.
Payment is due before the order is released for shipment, unless we have agreed to other terms with you in writing.
Once payment clears, your order is submitted to the manufacturer/distributor for fulfillment.

3. Accepted Payment Methods

Available payment methods will be shown on your quote, invoice, or secure checkout page. Depending on the order, these may include major credit or debit cards, ACH bank transfer, or wire transfer. Do not send payment using a method or to an account that has not been confirmed in an official NorthPeak quote or invoice.

If approved purchase orders, financing, or other payment arrangements are available for a particular order, they will be stated in writing on the quote or invoice.

4. Deposits on Custom and Special Orders

Configured, built-to-order, or special-order equipment — including walk-in coolers and freezers — may require a deposit or full prepayment before production begins. Any deposit requirement will be stated on your quote. Deposits on custom/special orders may be non-refundable once production has started (see our Return and Refund Policy).

5. Pricing, Quotes, and Validity

All prices are in U.S. dollars (USD).
Quotes are valid for the period stated on the quote. Because equipment costs and freight rates change, pricing may be re-quoted after a quote expires.
We make every effort to quote accurately, but we reserve the right to correct pricing errors before an order is accepted.

6. Taxes

Applicable sales/use tax is added where required by law and shown on your quote or invoice. If your business is tax-exempt or purchasing for resale, provide a valid exemption or resale certificate before your order is invoiced so we can apply the exemption.

7. Payment Security

Card payments are processed through Shopify's PCI-DSS-compliant payment processing. NorthPeak does not store full card numbers on our own servers.
The Website uses SSL/TLS encryption to protect information in transit.

8. Fraud Prevention and Order Verification

To protect our customers and our business, we may verify order and payment details before releasing an order, and may request additional information. Orders suspected of fraud or unauthorized use may be delayed, canceled, or refused.

9. Order Confirmation and Receipts

After payment, you will receive an order confirmation and receipt by email. If you do not receive confirmation within a reasonable time, please check your spam folder and then contact us.
